COLOGNE, Germany: Over five days, this year’s International Dental Show (IDS), which concluded on 29 March, welcomed more than 135,000 visitors from 156 countries to its Cologne expo centre—an increase of more than 15% in visitor numbers compared with the previous edition. The event was marked by substantial growth and a high level of international participation. Global companies making up 77% of the exhibition, the 41st IDS reaffirmed the event’s status as the world’s leading platform for the dental community. Overall, 2,010 companies from 61 countries showcased the latest developments in dentistry across 180,000 m2 of exhibition space—covering everything, including digital workflows and new materials.
